In-Person Energy Healing Sessions
Each session is unique to the individual, taking into consideration your health history, emotional state, and spiritual journey. Your session will begin with a brief check-in to discuss where you are and your goals. Once you are on the table, your session may include:
• Spinal Energetics - Using gentle touch, Spinal Energetics helps your body release stored physical and emotional tension, along with outdated narratives held deep within. This release creates space for deeper self-awareness, emotional freedom, and a greater sense of ease in your nervous system.
• Reiki - Connecting to Universal Energy or “Reiki” allows you to experience deep healing and transformation. This modality creates an experience of safety in the nervous system, providing a portal to release stuck + stagnant emotions, trauma, limited beliefs and ideas.
• Acupressure - Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), acupressure stimulates acupoints, that lie along meridians, or channels, in your body. These are the same points as those targeted with acupuncture, but with acupressure we use light touch instead of needles. Acupressure addresses specific physical imbalances and provides relaxation and grounding.

Online Energy Healing Sessions
Online sessions are just as effective as in person sessions and can even feel more powerful, as we work directly with the energetic field. While some people prefer being physically present with their practitioner, others find they feel more comfortable and secure in their own environment. Both options provide profound experiences. It’s about choosing the setting that feels best for you.
All you need is good WiFi, a phone or computer (camera turned horizontal), and a comfortable place to lay.

In an Akashic Records reading, loved ones, masters, guides and beings of light may appear providing, from no judgment and the highest love, messages and words of support to people seeking guidance. Each reading is different and always contains necessary information for our present moment. The Akashic Records help to dissolve blocks in our lives, answer doubts, heal and, in general, provide peace.
