Hi, I’m Marissa.
I help people release old tension patterns held in the body, mind, and spirit, so that they may access their own internal resources, and feel better in their own skin.
Using a curated blend of Spinal Energetics, Reiki, and Acupressure, this work helps to gently guide the body back to homeostasis.
I offer sessions both in my home office in Evergreen, Colorado and online worldwide.
About the Modalities
Spinal Energetics
SE combines Eastern and Western modalities of wellbeing. The practice interacts with a the spine, nervous system and energetic field to harness a person’s innate wisdom to know and heal themselves.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
Acupressure
Using light pressure on specific points used for a variety of conditions, it offers an alternative to acupuncture without the use of needles. Acupuncture coming soon!
